Gamebanana account LOST!!!

Hey everyone since Gamebanana keeps logging out my account i had wrote the new password on a paper and forgot to change it in the actual one for months so i had lost my account there and i'm trying to get it back by using my tablet's email so yea expect update's maybe some other month cuz i'm busy currently.
